NEAL DULIN
Joe Neal Dulin, III is a third-generation racecar driver from Concord, North Carolina. He currently races a Legend Car in the INEX Young Lion Division for 860 Motorsports.
In the 2023 Nashville Spring Series, Neal had one second-place and two third-place finishes at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. His first win in his Legend Car came on June 3, 2023 at Caraway Speedway.
Neal Dulin began racing Bandoleros in 2019 and has proven to be one of the most versatile drivers in the Southeast. As a driver, Neal adapts well to all kind of tracks whether it is a flat oval, a road course, or a large high-banked track. Neal was quickly dubbed as Neal “The Real Deal” Dulin fairly early on in his Bandolero days. His list of accomplishments run deep and wide among a slew of tracks.
In 2021 things started heating up for this young gun. In April of 2021, Neal was awarded the 2021 Nashville Spring Series Points Champion for the Bandit Division. In October 2021, the #79 was named the 2021 Southeast Bandolero Tour Champion as well.
Moving on to the Outlaw Bandolero Division in 2022, Neal won the 2022 Winter Nationals Dirt Series Champion at Marion Speedway in Florida, which was special because Neal had never raced on dirt before.
Number 79 racked up wins all over the place from the Atlanta Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Florence Motor Speedway, Anderson Speedway, Caraway Speedway, Caffeine and Octane’s Lanier Raceway, Kingsport Kartway, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Neal is very proud to have won both the East and West Coast 2022 Championship races. He ended the year receiving the 2022 NC State Championship and was awarded Second Place in the nation for the points as an Outlaw driver.
He is hungry for his first win in his Legend Car at his home track here in Charlotte. Neal and his dad are currently working on a Late Model for the near future. In March of 2023, Neal was approached by NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Josh Williams to test one of his limited late models at Hickory Motor Speedway. Josh and his team were pleasantly surprised at how well he drove a late model for the very first time.
Hopefully you will see Neal parked at the finish line in his late model soon.
